My Growing Wrona Collection

It's been a few weeks since I've blogged...about three to be exact!  I
don't know where the time goes!  I have been enjoying the spring
weather, although it has been unseasonally cold here in Utah this spring!

So...to keep myself busy while I've been indoors more than I've wanted
to be, I added some more prints to my Angelina Wrona collection.  I know
that these aren't for everyone...you either love them or hate them.  Some
people think that they are too "dark", but I rather love them.  They have
such a beautiful, haunting mood to them.  These are just poster prints that
I purchased online.  I tried a new poster company (Bare Walls) and I'm sorry
to say that the whole experience was a nightmare from start to finish.  It
took me over a month to receive them.  I think that I will stick to my tried
and trusted All Posters from now on.  They never fail me!

This one is called "Hush"...abit creepy, but I like it!

This one is "The Calm Before The Storm"...

"Jane Doe"...see those autopsy stitch marks on her
chest...yes, I know, kind of macabre for most people!

This one is called "It's Time" and if you look closely you can see
people in the background being beamed up into the sky toward the
light...I know, it's kind of out there...again, LOVE it!

"Rose"...she looks so sad...

"Visionary"...she has one blue eye and one green eye...

Lastly, this is called "Don't Look Back"...not sure what this one is all
about.  There is a church burning in the background so I hope that she
didn't do it!  Yikes...but it makes me wonder...

These are all hanging in my office now along with four others.  I also
have two that are unframed that I'll have to tend to one of these days.

Thanks for dropping by today.  I hope you enjoyed a glimpse at my
"unconventional" art collection.  Have a great day!

Definitely haunting but kind of fun. I didn't notice the stitches at first - don't know about that! Their eyes are beautiful aren't they.

Yes, I am sick of this unseasonably cold spring - give me warmth. Maybe this weekend if the report is right.

I don't know Stacy...LOL! I loved Jane Doe until you pointed out the autopsy stitches!!!! At first I thought they were the Keane kids with the big eyes from the 70's...Guess not LOL! But, come on, if we all liked the same thing the world would be pretty darn boring!

LOL!!! I know, they are not for everyone. I love her artwork though...each one always has some little weird thing that kind of makes you jump! I guess they cater to my "dark" side! (*_*)
