Sweet Vintage Pink Sewing Machine

I am always on the lookout for cute pink pieces for my home and was absolutely thrilled to come across this adorable pink sewing machine at Savers one afternoon. It was priced at $30 and I really didn't want to pay that much, but after looking around the store I realized that all purple tags were half price that day. Did it have a purple tag? I'm sure you know the answer...it's now in my house!

It is an Atlas brand sewing machine and I must admit that I've never heard of it before. It is in really good condition and actually works! The case is a little bit rough in spots, but who cares! It's such a cute vintage treasure for display and everyone (okay, the girls) who walks in through the front door comments on it. I love it ~ it's a keeper! ~Stacy~

Hi Stacy!! I love it, I think I would have bought it for $30. I have a dress form that has an atlas tag, they must have made all sorts of sewing products. Everything is continuing to plug along and I have found a love of blogging and the whole bloggy world. It has thrown my creative mind into over drive, there is so many great ideas and sharing crafters! I am so glad i checked in on you today!

Love your blog Stacey. I came across it while googling for another Atlas pink machine to replace the one my Mother gave me. I lost that one in a house fire some years ago. If you ever come up with another terrific find like you did or hear of anyone who might like to trade an Atlas pink for a singer featherweight, please keep me in mind. For a featherweight trade though, it would have to be in good working order and be on the extemely clean lines of like the one you display on your blog and have in your shoppe. Thank you so much! I've enjoyed visiting!
