Just a quick note to let you know that we are off on vacation...leaving bright n' early on Monday morning (October 5th) and we'll be back on October 17th or thereabouts...if we decide to come back! David and I went to the Grand Canyon last year. He has always wanted to go there. We stayed in Phoenix for a week and rented a car. It was 105 degrees in Phoenix and snowing at the Grand Canyon!!! I was so cold, that I really didn't want to stay very long. I know that he was disappointed. It was also very foggy, so the visibility was bad. I hope that you had a better experience. Any mule rides??
